It started by listening to how tradespeople were actually working day to day. Too many were relying on a mix of apps, paper notes, spreadsheets and constant back and forth just to keep jobs moving. A lot of the working day was being lost to admin instead of getting the job done.
What was needed was not another overcomplicated system. It was one practical platform that works on site and in the office, keeps everything organised, and removes repetitive tasks without getting in the way.
Total Tradesmen brings jobs, customers, quotes, invoices and certificates into one place. From the first call through to the final invoice, everything is managed in a way that fits how trades already work.
Behind the platform is a team with over 35 years of combined experience in trade workflows and operational systems. Having worked in environments where jobs are booked, scheduled and allocated every day, the product has been built around real processes rather than theory.
